The Rise and Raise Dbayeh Olympic Duathlon 2026 is a premier multi-sport endurance event taking place on July 26, 2026. Designed for individuals and relay teams aged 16 and older, the race features a demanding format consisting of a 10 km run, a 40 km non-drafting bike segment, and a final 5 km run. Participants must strictly adhere to World Triathlon rules, maintain a 10-meter bike draft zone, and serve any assessed penalties at the designated run course Penalty Box to avoid disqualification. By registering, athletes confirm their medical fitness, assume all inherent risks of the course, and grant organizers the rights to event media.
